Second Harvest
From the field to the surface
Through Second Harvest, we reintroduce by-products from cereal, sugar cane and cotton production into the raw materials cycle. In plant-based decorative papers, their fibres replace some of the primary fibres.
In this way, we turn harvest residues into a valuable resource for high-quality surfaces. The plants’ short growth cycles ensure reliable availability and strengthen the supply chain. At the same time, we can reduce our use of primary fibres and better prevent the burning of agricultural residues.
