Resin-saving decor papers RSP®

TECHNOCELL® RSP® enables materials and energy to be used more efficiently and impregnation processes to be made more resource-efficient.

Specially treated pulp fibres reduce thickness swelling and ensure stable geometry. This keeps color, opacity, lightfastness and technical properties constant – even with a lower resin content.

During impregnation, resin usage can be reduced by up to 14 percent compared with conventional decor paper. The lower resin usage also reduces material costs and energy consumption in the subsequent drying process.

Together, we can make your processes more efficient – with economic and measurable sustainability benefits of up to 1,820 tonnes of CO₂ savings per year.*

*Based on a calculation of the carbon footprint in accordance with ISO 14067. The exact reduction depends on the product being compared.
